Klavdij Sluban

Other Shores, The Baltic Sea

II gallery floor, 03.04.06 - 14.05.06

This exhibition is a collection of dusky pictures taken in the Baltic Countries. The title of the exhibition refers to the memoirs of Vladimir Nabokov, which provided Suban with a starting point for this series. It is literature that mostly determines his travel destinations. Through photography, he gains an understanding of the character and life of the places.
