Christopher Capozziello

Christopher Capozziello documents emotions and events on film, and even during his first internship with the Sun Herald in Gulfport, Mississippi, his work captured attention. The photos he took during a racism project earned him a first place student scholarship with the Alexia Foundation, an award dedicated to helping photographers promote world peace and cultural understanding. Christopher also won an honorable mention in the Golden Light Awards for Documentary and Photojournalism in 2005. He currently resides in Connecticut and does freelance work alongside personal photographic projects.
